CV Youth Volleyball Enrichment Program
Club Vertical Volleyball junior national volleyball program is committed to the development of volleyball at the youth grassroots level.
As such, CV has committed to opportunities to grow participation and interest with its CV Youth VolleySchool for boys and girls, grades 5 thru 8.
Our excellent coaching staff is professionally trained to teach a time-tested methodology to develop skills for the youth-age athlete that will help set the foundation of solid fundamentals through quality repetition in an active and encouraging learning environment.
Participants engage in concept and skill development in partner and small group work (2's, 3's, 4's) with an emphasis on high number of contacts (in-a-row, criteria assigned to skill and concept work) with the ball based on the foundation of proper movement skills, eye sequence/anticipation and motor skill development.
No ball drills help to develop movement drills and reinforce desired skill execution (behaviors) with consistent motor skills application.
As youth athletes develop the ability to move properly on the court, all skills become easier to execute.
